About

Me.

I have a lot of names on the internet. One of them is Aleke Vilhelmsdottir. I’m a pagan blogger from germany and this is where I share my thoughts and little adventures. The things I love are studying european mythology, crafting jewelry inspired by the germanic, celtic, medieval and viking ages, often sprinkled with some fantasy, creating things with wool, leather, clay, glass, wood, paint and whatever I can get my hands on. And when I’m not fiddling with things I love to go out in the woods or on medieval markets, take photos, put some over the top make-up on my face or dive into the world of digital visual effects for photos and videos.

Here.

This is the place where I want to share my thoughts, projects, stories and adventures with you. Probably a recipe or two. And even more photos than on my instagram. This blog is not exclusively about historically correct display of the viking age. But it may contain the occasional re-enactment. But I will not limit myself by only sticking to that one guideline.
